HOUSE RULES AND REMINDERS

 

• No smoking inside the apartment and in the balcony area.

• No pets allowed.

• Guests will have free access to the apartment pool and beach. If guests wish to access the nearby Canyon Cove Hotel pool, facilities and activities, they must pay for the day-tour rate of the hotel at the hotel lobby/registration area. Please check Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa's website or Facebook page for their current charges and promo.

• Incoming guests will not be allowed inside parking area unless outgoing guests have checked-out. Therefore, check-in / entry and check-out times must be strictly followed.

• Only two vehicles / parking slots allowed for this listing. 

• No cooking, no cooked meals, no setups (tables, beach umbrellas, etc), and no littering at the beach, at the parking area and other common areas of the apartment complex.

• Guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the Home Owner Association. Instructions by security guards must be followed by guests.

• When coming in from the beach and pool, please make sure that sand is rinsed off your bodies and clothing (guests may use the shower area by the poolside). 

• Please use the rack in the balcony to hang wet clothes. DO NOT hang clothes on the railings. DO NOT sit on the sofas and beds with your wet clothes.

• Guests may cook in the kitchen of the unit but please make sure to use the range hood and open the sliding doors to avoid the smell of food from lingering inside the unit. Also, please do not pour used oil or food down the sink.

• No cooking of dried fish like tuyo, daing, etc in the unit.

• Do not forget to lock the doors when going outside. Please take care of your valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings. 

• Please conserve water and electricity. Turn off air-conditioning, lights and other appliances when not in use or when you leave the apartment.

• Please wash all dishes, utensils, pots and pans that were used during your stay and dispose of your garbage properly before check-out. 

• Only listed guests are allowed in the apartment. Guests' visitors are strictly not allowed in the apartment.

• Beach access is from 7AM to 6PM

• Pool access is from 7AM to 6PM

• Anti-noise policy / curfew: No loud noise, music, or disturbances from 1-3PM and from 9PM to 8AM.

• Please look after your companions. Children and the elderly should always be closely supervised by an adult in the pool/water themselves. We are not responsible for any accident or untoward incident that might happen during your stay. 

• Guests are required to send a list of names of all guests and list of their vehicle details (plate and car make) the day before check-in date.

• Important Notices: Swimming and other activities are entirely at the guests' own risk. The owners/management or caretaker of the apartment shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that my occur while in the premises. The owners/management or caretaker of the apartment shall not be liable for any unforeseen event or issue beyond their control, that may cause delay or access to the house and amenities or/and interruptions to service utilities.

• The apartment has no emergency generators during power outage.  

• Any damage to property and any violation of our house rules will incur charges against (but not limited to) your security deposit.
