The apartment is a 1 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom - hot/cold showers and the entire unit is air-conditioned. It can sleep 10 people (including children). The apartment complex is located in the same area as Canyon Cove Hotel, Nasugbu, Batangas. Guest will have free access only to the apartment pool and the beach.

The amenities of the nearby Canyon Cove Hotel like their pool, facilities, restaurants etc. are subject to hotel's policy, chargeable additional day-tour rates, and availability. Please check Canyon Cove Hotel's website or social media pages for their updated rates. Entrance to their facilities maybe via hotel side only.

Check-In is anytime after 2:00 PM.

Check-Out time is 12:00 Noon.

One (1) night minimum stay.

Rates: PhP 8,500 to 12,500 per night.

Rates are good for up to 6 pax.

Cancellations:

Cancel up to 7 days before date of stay and get a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of your stay, the reservation is non-refundable. (No refunds either for cancelled reservations due to undesirable weather conditions, early check-out/departures, or no-show.)

Authorization Form requirement: At least 2 days before arrival, please email us the vehicle models with corresponding plate number and complete name of all guest. No authorization form means no entry. While there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment this is at a first-come-first-serve basis -- only two vehicle parking allotted for our unit.
